California Wetlands Team

The Wetlands Team is an interdisciplinary group that provides technical assistance on wetland determinations/delineations and wetland restoration projects. Since Amendment 5 to the National Food Security Act Manual has reduced the demand for assistance with wetland delineations, the team is more available to assist with other wetland-related projects. Individual team members are also available for specialized assistance related to their disciplines. The Wetland Team is located in the Elk Grove Service Center. The Team’s work area includes the Bay-Delta, Central Sierra, Sacramento Valley, and San Joaquin Valley clusters. Assistance elsewhere in California may be requested and will be provided as workload and travel budget allows.
