Our products and services

Our planning products are primarily information and analyses designed to help achieve watershed management objectives. We work with local service centers, partners and other private land owners, providing natural resources to help them achieve locally led watershed management objectives, and in some cases obtain financial resources for implementation.

Section Program Responsibilities

  • PL-566/534 Small Watershed Program

  • CalWater statewide watershed delineation

  • Areawide planning for other NRCS programs and partnerships.

We work with local field offices, service centers and other clients, providing natural resources information and analysis products designed to help achieve locally led watershed management objectives. This work sometimes leads to the commitment of financial resources for project implementation.
